We want your Dreemoh poshak to be exactly right for your Laddu Gopal. Each piece is handcrafted to order with care, so please read our return and refund policy before you order.
Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or wrong-item deliveries, and for size/fit exchanges. To be eligible:
For damaged or defective items, once your claim is verified, a full refund is issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days — or, if you prefer, we'll send a replacement. For size/fit exchanges, we'll arrange the correct size once the original poshak is received back in unused condition.
Orders can be cancelled before they're shipped by contacting us right away. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — the standard return process will apply instead.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except when the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service so your return reaches us safely.
